Googly eyes

My contribution to the random things that Americans bring to Africa is googly eyes. I have been carrying these things with me in months, leaving them in a propos (I had to just ask a Quebec traveler for the spelling of that) places such as on the computer monitor of the greyhound station in Lordsburg, New Mexico (home of lotsa Border Patrol agents).

I shared my first googly eye with Jochen, a German who I sat next to on the way to London. We had a great conversation the whole way, and somehow a googly eye ended up on his computer.
