My international journey begins!

As I boarded the plane from Boston to London, it still didn’t feel real that I was about to fly to Africa. At the gate in London, seeing the “Nairobi” sign only made me say to people next to me, “is this real?” And then on the plane, the handy dandy maps showing where we were helped… the French/Italian alps were breathtaking, and then flying over Sudan I sent down peace to those below, and flying over the equator I stopped to feel the centeredness of the earth. My seat mates thought I was a little weird, but oh well, I do everything with a lot of intention.
