Western Sahara: the last colony of Africa

After seeing many groups of people protesting to “Free Western Sahara”, I wandered over to the tent to learn more. Inside was this man enthusiastically and explicitly (see the photos behind him) telling the story of his people, the Sahrawi. The story goes that when Spain left Morocco, the small territory of Western Sahara came under Moroccan rule, and ever since the Sahwari people have been oppressed, tortured and put into camps and the land covered in mines. They are still fiercely fighting for their independence. It's a bloody mess.
